OVERCOMING CHALLENGES EVEN WHEN THE ODDS ARE STACKED AGAINST YOU
This is the story of Tanya, a bright young girl with a loving family and a secret shame. As she grows up, keeping this secret will dramatically alter Tanya’s relationships—with her family, with her husband—and have potentially devastating effects on her son. It will take courage, honesty, and faith for this family to resolve the issues that shape their lives. “How we handle adversity determines who we are and what we believe. If you know like I know, this is another opportunity for God to arise and demonstrate his powers. Trust him and give it to him.” Tanya and her family will learn that they can either fall victim to their circumstances or respond with a determined, overcoming spirit. We all have a cross to bear, but our issues do not determine our fate or forfeit our purpose—meeting our challenges head-on and finding ways to conquer them is the road to a healthy spirit. If you allow your challenges to overcome you, be prepared for a downward spiral and a life filled with Unresolved Issues.

This book was very good, lots of twist and turns. I love a little suspense and this novel gave me just that. I highly recommend it. Oh the videos on your website are hilarious

You passed me your card For your website. It’s impressive you’ve written so many books. This one was great, can’t wait to start the next. Oh, I didn’t like the character of Raymond in the story. His character gave you a rating of 4 instead of 5.

I can’t say anything but good things about this book. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars was a few grammatical errors. Overall it was a great read for me.

Just read it again after 7 years and I have to say I got more out of it this time than the first time. I guess you can say it gets better with time like wine 🍷 lol

I loved it, so much information. You have the ability to build character people are able to relate to.

The guy Raymond in the book should be locked up. I loved the book but couldn’t help but feel Raymond got away with what everybody else paid the price for.
Donnie Liggins –
Wow, what a good story. A must read.

This book was just what the doctor ordered. I read it over thanksgiving break. It was a refreshing turn from the text books from my classes. The author has a unique way of giving you a visual picture while reading. I liked how he lured you to the issue in the very first chapter.

Many twist and turns in this book, I love when movies and books keep me on edge. If I can figure out the storyline it ruins it for me. That being said, I held on by a string to the very end.
Kyle Sandburg –
I thought this would be one of those cultural books, but I was actually enlightened.

This is what I don’t get. Why did Tanya have the strength to do for someone else what she didn’t do for herself. Besides that the book was truly an awesome read.
